When will my order ship?
FREE SHIPPING: When selecting the FREE SHIPPING option or coupon. Your order will be shipped using standard shipping. If you need your items fast please pay for Express or 2 Day shipping. Based on where you are located you may receive your order anywhere from 2-5 business days.
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Orders placed on the weekends will ship the next business day. Orders are quickly processed and usually shipped within 24-48 hours.

How much is shipping?
Shipping cost varies. We do not charge flat rate, instead shipping is charged based on what the shipping company charges us. Shipping cost is generated on your location and weight. To get a shipping quote please add the desired items to your cart and proceed to check out. Once at checkout you will be asked for your shipping address, then you will be provided with shipping rates

I received my package but its damaged. What do I do?
If your package is damaged or missing call us at 916-868-4261 immediately. We will request photographs of the damaged package. Once you see that the item is damaged. Please take photos immediately. We will request pictures of the damaged item and the outside and inside of the packaging. With out photos of the damaged product or packaging we will not be able to file a claim. Once we receive evidence we will open a claim.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order only if the order has not been shipped. Please call us as soon as possible if you need a cancellation.
